REGISTRATION FOR LOCAL ATTENDEES RESIDING IN VIETNAM

This information is for local attendees, from Vietnam. If you are an international attendee (not from Vietnam), please visit the International Registration Page.

Conference Registration Fees

All member registration categories are available only to individual LAWASIA members for the 2025-2026 financial year.

Non-members may join or renew their LAWASIA membership prior to registering for the conference, to avail of discounted member rates. Please see: LAWASIA Membership.

SPEAKER / MODERATOR

AUD 915

This fee is only valid for confirmed conference Speakers and Moderators.

Early Bird:

Registration fee is applicable until Friday, 1 August 2025 only.

*Young Lawyer:

Legal practitioners (including barristers) in their first five years of practice or 35 years of age or under as at the date of the conference, or recent law graduates with a current LAWASIA Membership.

Accompanying Guest:

Fee: AUD 110

An accompanying guest is an individual (non-legal profession) accompanying a delegate to the event social functions only. Accompanying tickets are not for individuals who would otherwise need to pay for a full registration. The registration fee for an accompanying person includes the cost of attending the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception (Saturday, 11 October). Please note, the Accompanying Guest is not permitted to attend working sessions and the fee does NOT include attendance at the general delegate lunches provided for registered conference attendees.

Conference Registration Includes:

Access to all conference sessions.
Conference materials, including any available speakers' papers.
Opening Ceremony on Saturday, 11 October 2025.
Welcome Reception on Saturday, 11 October 2025.
Lunch on Sunday, 12 & Monday, 13 October 2025.
Tea & coffee and light refreshments during session breaks.
Closing Ceremony on Monday, 13 October 2025.

Accommodation, flights, visas and social activities are not included in the registration fee.

Language:

All working sessions and conference materials will be provided in English. Translation services will be available onsite.

Delegate List:

In order for your name, position, organisation and jurisdiction to appear on the delegate list, which will be distributed to delegates, your registration form must be received no later than Friday, 3 October 2025.
