Registration includes

  • Access to all conference sessions
  • Conference materials, including any available speakers’ papers 
  • Welcome Reception on Friday 9 September 2022
  • Lunch on Saturday 10 September 2022
  • Tea and coffee during session breaks
  • Certificate of attendance (upon request) to assist in obtaining CLE / CPD points in your relevant jurisdiction

Accommodation, Flights, Visas and social activities are not included in the registration fee.

Interactive Workshop 
As a bonus, registered delegates are entitled to attend, at no additional cost, an interactive workshop on Friday 9 September 2022 at which international experts will provide an overview of essential ADR theory and key issues. This is intended as both an introduction for those with limited experience in the area of ADR, and a refresher for more experienced practitioners, with a view to equipping delegates to obtain maximum benefit from the main program. The venue and time of the workshop are to be confirmed.

Visas
Visa application is the sole responsibility of the participant and the LAWASIA Secretariat is unable to provide visa advice or assistance. Should you require a letter of confirmation for visa purposes, please advise the Secretariat by email. Letters will not be issued until full registration and payment is received. 

Insurance
Participants, accompanying persons and guests are advised to affect their own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, registration, injury / death, health and medical expenses, personal property and all other risks. LAWASIA and the conference organisers will not be held liable for claims under any circumstances. This includes participation in any pre and post activities undertaken by delegates and accompanying persons.

Dress Code
The dress code for the conference and related functions is smart casual.

Language
All working sessions and materials will be in English.

Delegate List
In order for your name, position and organisation's name to appear on the delegate list, which will be distributed to attendees at the conference, your registration form must be received no later than Friday 2 September 2022.

 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Registration Categories

 

All member registration categories are available only to individual LAWASIA members for the 2022-2023 financial year. If selecting a member category, you will be required to provide your individual member ID number on the next page of the registration form.
