Conference Information

Visas
Visa application is the sole responsibility of the participant and the LAWASIA Secretariat is unable to provide visa advice or assistance. Please visit the Visa & Entry Requirements section on the conference website for useful information.

Insurance
Participants are advised to affect their own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, registration, injury / death, health and medical expenses, personal property and all other risks. LAWASIA and the conference organisers will not be held liable for claims under any circumstances. This includes participation in any pre and post activities undertaken by delegates and accompanying persons.

Language
All working sessions and materials will be in English.

Registration includes  

  • Access to all conference sessions.
  • Conference materials, including any available speakers' papers.
  • Welcome Reception on Thursday, 12 June 2025.
  • Lunch on Friday, 13 & Saturday, 14 June 2025.
  • Tea & coffee and light refreshments during session breaks.
  • Certificate of attendance (upon request) to assist in obtaining CLE / CPD points in your relevant jurisdiction.

Accommodation, Flights, Visas and social activities are not included in the registration fee.

A delegate list will be provided electronically and/or via an app to all delegates. The list will include name, position, organisation and jurisdiction for delegates who have consented to this information being included and have registered no later than 9 June 2025. The registration fee includes the cost of attending the Welcome Reception only (Thursday 12 June).

All other aspect of the conference including sessions and meals (lunches and morning / afternoon refreshments) are strictly for registered attendees. An Accompanying Guest is an individual (non-legal professional) who must be accompanied by a registered participant and wear a name badge during this function. A work colleague cannot be an accompanying guest and must complete their own full registration.
