Conference Information

Insurance
Participants are advised to affect their own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, registration, injury / death, health and medical expenses, personal property and all other risks. LAWASIA and the conference organisers will not be held liable for claims under any circumstances. This includes participation in any pre and post activities undertaken by delegates and accompanying persons.

Language
All working sessions and materials will be in English.

Registration includes:
Access to all conference sessions
Attendance at welcome reception, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
Conference materials

Accommodation, Flights, Visas and social activities are not included in the registration fee.

A delegate list will be provided to all attendees. The list will include name, position, organisation and jurisdiction for delegates who have consented to this information being included and have registered no later than Tuesday, 5 May 2026.
